Cancellation policies

Orders placed on the website www.deyausa.com cannot be canceled once they have been placed. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

After our courier and logistics team dispatches the order from our offices and it is delivered to the end customer, it cannot be modified or canceled.

RETURN POLICIES

Product returns may only be made for the following reasons:

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange your product, you can do it for one of equal or greater value in cost. If the new product is of lesser value than the original purchase, no refund or credit will be issued. Exchanges are only allowed if the product and its packaging are properly sealed and undamaged.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGES

If the product has manufacturing defects, you must notify us within the first 24 hours after purchasing it, along with your physical or virtual invoice. The defective product must be delivered either to the collaborator or the establishment that receives it.
